Each year Cria Caballar has come to Canada
from Spain to inscribe (register in the Spanish Stud Book) and revise (qualify
as breeding stock) our horses. As a major producer of Spanish bred (PRE)
Andalusians in North America we are honoured to host them at Cuatro L.
|
We make frequent trips to Spain visiting the breeding farms
and taking in SICAB in Sevilla at the end of November. We consider this
evolving influence when we purchase our animals. Our main emphasis when buying
horses is on excellent conformation and movement. We also look for good
temperament, a willingness to please and a certain presence with and without a
rider. Our horses are meant to be ridden. With this discernment and by
importing horses from Spain on a regular basis we strive to continually improve
the quality, training and ability of the horses we sell. |
